It's a backward place to work,... they can't make decisions; if you challenge, they fire you or ice you out. Incestuous. Full old, middle-aged white men...

Pros
Extremely friendly team and generally staff who genuinely want to know how you are getting on. At least in my department they are extremely understanding with flexible working.
Cons
Not really a downside though a lot is still getting sorted due to the rebrand and building out of new teams. I know some people seem to disconnect at work and want to be in their own bubble so if that’s you this isn’t the right place.
