      Pros

      Been working at Visme for over 2 years and couldn't ask for a better company to work for. Everyone, including management, treats other employees like family, and the company is growing at lightspeed. The majority of the team is remote, so I get to work with world-class people living in several different countries. Every single employee deeply cares about the company and the product, and there's a tremendous opportunity for growth in almost every role.

      No major issues. More snacks in the office I guess would make it perfect :)

      Pros

      Fully remote, kind boss and co-workers, fun and enjoyable work, full content team to push out quality content and always do great work, resources I need to do my best work.

      Cons

      Distributed company can mean differing time zones, which can sometimes complicate projects, but everyone is also extremely accommodating, so it's not a huge con at all.

      - Ideas are encouraged, supported and equally considered - Projects are completed quickly and effectively with solid thought and intention - Customer voices matter; Product has amazing roadmap - Internal communication is exceptional - Global-spread team is responsive, kind and helpful - Highly skilled and intelligent team with employees in the right positions - Dynamic opportunities with involvement across various projects

      Cons

      All global start-ups are a scrappy and committed environment. You will not always have the 8-5, and sometimes you may need to finish timely work on a Sunday evening. In this kind of company footprint, you have to be ready to roll up your sleeves and find your way. While this isn't a con for myself, personally, I understand that this isn't always for everyone. If you're the kind of person that: - can manage their onboarding by digging in and asking the right questions, - knows the strengths that you bring to the table, - moves into productivity quickly, and - is ready to work and be a part of the vision... Then, you'll be great!!
