      It's a great place to start out as a new grad, over time if needed, and opportunities for leadership

      Cons

      High nurse-to-patient ratio, learning opportunities if you want to transition to a speciality area. The culture can be challenging at times, especially with bullying. Nurses will sometimes work together to target a nurse.
