      Pros

      None at all. Well, it pays the bills. No one is accountable for what they are doing, not even me.

      Cons

      Too much responsibility and no support from top management, but they don't care anyway. Managers hide or lie about things to make themselves look good. The owner will not know.

      Pros

      Stable company. Has many location though out California.

      Cons

      No vertical movement. Under pays all employees unless your outside sales. Does not conform with modern process or times. They are the definition of OLD SCHOOL thought process. Company is completely flat line for growth.

      Pros

      The people I work with were all awesome, and we got along great! I asked for a high salary (because you can't start low and go up of course), sold myself positively, and got it!

      Cons

      Some of the customers tried to take advantage because you're an employee (that old adage: the customer is always right no matter what), and especially if you're a woman in a higher up position in a male dominated industry, very little respect.
