When I worked for Vista Property Management, Eduard de Guardiola was the owner of the parent company Vista Realty Partners. He had not given any raises to his employees in serveral years. There is no room for growth. He he is hot head and shouts at people on the phone so loudly from his corner office overlooking the city that it makes everyone else in the office stop what they are doing. In the two years I worked there, he never visited the multifamily family properties that he buys and sells. He's all about making even more millions of dollars without consideration of anyone else.
