      Pros

      Revolving door ! Hopefully I get out as quick as I got in ! Its Local ! You get really good using straightened out clothes hangers for poking at things. I won't be here forever...

      Cons

      Poor wages, Process technician €28,000 You are viewed with contempt from existing workers who treat you like crap. Bullying. Lack of training. Someone keeps hiding my clothes hanger. I'm thinking of keeping it in my locker in future.

      While you are there, good benefits and facilities.

      Cons

      Some very bad people have worked at this site - ask around. Behind the scenes motives and politics are always at work. This site has its own culture which has gone from "good old boy" to "cut throat". Up front, all hugs and kisses, but behind the scenes unethical and sneaky. The most bureaucratic place I ever worked. The site is still top heavy and abuses temporaries and contractors.

      watch your back cause nobody else will. got into a project in jacksonville a long time ago and wanted to finsh it. got stabbed on the back before i could take another breath. jacksonville is a great place but vistakon is a home for psychopaths and other variants of human life waiting for retirement.
