I worked here for 6 years and it was honestly one of the best phases of my career. My reporting manager and senior leadership were always supportive, especially during the tough Covid times. HR was approachable and super helpful with everything from leaves to corporate insurance, which made a big difference. The culture is professional yet relaxed, with no micromanagement or toxicity. Management trusts employees, provides the right mentoring, and creates real opportunities to grow. As the Hindi Review Coordinator for 5 years, I was the youngest in the team, and thanks to my manager’s guidance, I became more confident and efficient in handling managerial responsibilities. This role really helped me grow both personally and professionally.
