      Money is good. Most of the time.

      Cons

      - management doesn't care about employees, your a cog, they feel anyone is replaceable and they don't care abou your feelings. - insurance is terrible for the work you do. - supervisors.are allowed to yell, belittle you, treat you how they see fit, they have no idea how to cultivate positive moral. - they care about your personally or your personal life. As long as you are doing what's best for them. - shop supervisor.was allowed to lie and scream and yell at you because he was ceo's personal friend..

      A job for those that do not enjoy being home.

      Pros

      Decent prevailing wages most of the time.

      Cons

      Away from home all the time, hard on families and relationships, shop is in a bad area, lots of driving, lack of support from some supervisors, lack of communication throughout company, lack of confidence in office, health insurance network isn’t right for this particular location, threats of docking pay are a regular brought up subject through the company

      Pros

      High pay rate for industry field. Newer equipment for the majority of the fleet. Mechanics know their stuff and do their best to keep everything rolling.

      Cons

      Personal efforts and your willingness to go above and beyond are ignored. Just put in the years and you just might make it into a lesser paying salary position. Conform, don't think. Most crews hate the management; management says that's normal for crews to hate their jobs.
