      The Worst Place with the worst people

      The only pro will be never working here.

      Cons

      AI will replace this company and your job. Imagine taking the worst aspects of capitalism ie long hours, poor pay, incompetent and ego driven management without business training, with none of the benefits of capitalism, this sill be your existence. Also, passive aggressive management and employees will regularly undermine you, if you speak up or demonstrate competence. Left for two weeks and someone was trying to take my job, was in the hospital for a stroke related to work stress, so you cannot even take time off without someone trying to undermine you.

      Great first job but I got out at a good time

      Pros

      I liked the small team and start-up vibe. VC was only on the up when I got hired. Some really dedicated talented people on the team.

      Cons

      There was several restructuring in the 3 years I was there that I felt muddied the processes. Around the time I left management was struggling with the consequences on some poor business decisions so morale was low. Perks of the job no longer offset the lack of clear vision and direction of the company. Got monotonous and didn't feel I was growing,

      terrible leadership

      Nice office and an impressive roster of clients.

      Cons

      Atrocious leadership, very little direction provided by the management. Content and design has taken a plunge since the last couple of years due to lack of leadership, direction, and inability to keep talent. There is likely embezzlement going on behind the scenes because employees are not paid properly and in a timely manner. This was a very common occurrence when I worked there.
