Pros
Visual Domain is a great environment for any employee. The management are family friendly and provide support and understanding to employees who are parents. There is a great deal of care for all employees and there is a constant push towards recognizing great work and being constructive, rather than destructive, with people in the business that need work.
For many, the company has served as an amazing platform for videographers and editors coming out of university, providing mentorship and opportunities for them along the way to aid in their personal growth.
For a fast paced company that produces a LOT of content, they still find the time to ensure that their is a great work environment and everyone is looked after.
Cons
The only real con is the fact that the company is growing so fast that they are gradually running out of space in an already big office. Probably a good problem to have!
