Pros

Nothing. Zero ! Rather NEGATIVE !

Cons

There was no option in GlassDoor to give a negative or zero star. Hence 'forced' to give a one-star; which also I would not have provided if there was an option to rate negative ! Now, coming to the CONS of this company; there are "only" cons and no pros at all. Lets go one-by-one. (1) Office politics - Dirtiest of all; that one could ever imagine in a corporate environment. Heights ! The overall atmosphere in this company is such that every single person tries to pull the other's legs throughout their career and put them down in what-so-ever way that they could adopt. Well, that's how they survive. (2) Unprofessional managers and management. No much explanation required over here ! Pretty much understood, right ! (3) No job stability. They will terminate you on the spot without any humanity; no matter even if you are working your ass-off, burning your mid-night oil endlessly. It does not matter even if you are a star-performer. If at any point you are in the limelight and you are doing good and delivering results, then you are gone. They will show you the way-out; as the low-performers, including the managers, gets threatened by your existence. So they will fabricate you to throw you out of the company; so that they can survive there. (4) Zero Work life balance. They won't give you a life and will never let you have one. You will never have a personal life. Guaranteed ! (5) Poor technologies adopted and the so-called 'Tech managers' doesn't know even a bit that they just do a trial-and-error method. And with God's grace, everything collapse-down beautifully every now-and-then, trial-after-trial. But the beauty is that such pathetic so-called-tech people (better to say 'non-technical people) will still be safe in this company; no matter whatever happens. What that matters is - just "Show-Off" ! (6) The best part of all - is the hiring process. In order to get into this company "with the least effort" is that you just need to be a star, especially in the Film field - a trend which could be witnessed for the past few years. You can be a film actor, film director, singer, dancer, beauty pageant attendee or winner etc etc. Stardom and Show-Offs do matter here ! Well that's the easiest way to get into this company. Do some singing and dancing during the interview process. They will get easily impressed. Very funny though ! But that's the reality. (7) No career progression at all. And if you are not in their good books; then forget about it; even if you are a hard/smart worker. It doesn't matter. There are so many more as well. Hope you got a gist of the entire company. In short, avoid this company ! Plain and simple.
