Toxic work culture with a lot of political problems between the directors and long term staff.
The directors have been looking to sell the business and cash-out for years. As a result they don't have a long term view or plan.
At times you are expected to work very long hours, under a lot of pressure for a very average salary. Unfortunately they have become an employer of last resort.
The two directors will eventually get big cheques and never be seen again. Sigh.
