Pros
- very friendly, young and open-minded team that's very welcoming - very flexible work environment and always open for changes/questions etc. - feels like the company actually cares about their employees, asks for feedback regularly, pays for travels to meet the team, offers great opportunities etc. - offers remote work, respects work-life balance and that employees also have a private life
Cons
- since its a start-up of course there are still changes sometimes, sometimes a bit chaotic - since a lot of communication is online, answers and information can take a bit longer

Pros
- a really great product and a shared vision to make lifes of people better - that is a joy to work for - diverse and challenging tasks that are highly varied (of course, this also depends on the position) - flexibility is a top priority here: you really do have maximum flexibility in terms of working time and location - a great young team with flat hierarchies and a really very comfortable atmosphere - nice office as well in Prague as also nice Co-Working-Space in Berlin - great onboarding!
Cons
Start-Up typical sometimes a bit chaotic and processes are partly not yet established but that makes it likeable at the same time :)
