I have had multiple unexpected personal traumas that have occurred in my life during this past year. I have worked for several companies during my 20 year career, and none of my previous employers come close to how much Vitae cares about its employees as people. My direct Supervisors have done way more than necessary to help me stay on track, given me the personal time I have needed to get through these emotional times. They have even have checked in on me to ensure of my well being aside from any work responsibilities multiple times. They have gone above and beyond for me, and I will be forever grateful. I would recommend working for Vitae to anyone I know who is looking for a caring company. Vitae offers endless support in work and personal scenarios. Vitae truly cares about the happiness of their clients, but equally about the happiness and growth of their employees. I am happy to speak with anyone further about the pros for working for Vitae, because my list is endless.
