EVERYTHING. 1. The CEO of the company was never able to take responsibility for his employees, so he would fall behind on salary payments every month as if people didn't have financial responsibilities in their lives. He even went so far as to express that these delays were a form of punishment for the supposed underperformance of his employees. 2. The CEO never sign our employment agreement on purpose so he could get away with everything 3. The internal hiring used to be remote in LATAM countries because the CEO had racist beliefs that the people in those countries could live with 600 USD and live "like a rich person" 4. The overload of work was crazy for one person. 5. The budget for work tools was unexistent, therefore you would have to be creative and be constantly on personal free trials of everything to be able to do your job.
