The CEO will make you do all sorts of unethical things to give him more money. He will make you harass the clients and do tricks on them to force them to pay even if they don’t have to. The CEO pays the employees whenever he feels like it, it can be even after 2 months and if you don’t find new clients or close deals, you won’t get paid out of punishment, even if your role is not commission-based. Also, if you are an employee of one of the clients, he probably will keep your salary for himself with some crazy excuse. You will be asked to do many things besides recruiting, such as writing contracts (without any legal support that and he doesn’t sign any contracts even after pushing), marketing, sales, IT, and work with the other companies such as Piana (which is in worse state that Vitae and I suggest to look up their reviews). I could say so many more bad things about this company, but overall my advise is to not work here. They will tell you is the best opportunity of your life but it is not.

no real cons, maybe the fact that the emails ends up in junk mail and seems to stay there despite moving them to inbox, whatever the reasons
