Supportive team members, friendly atmosphere, someone always there or responds in a timely manner when needed. Would I recommend anyone to work for vital caring… absolutely. They make you feel at home.

I feel fully supported by my leadership team and coworkers. The leaders truly embody the guiding principles of the organization, and it’s so refreshing. They challenge me every day, and have offered training opportunities for me to be able to grow in my leadership role. At VCG, the mission matters, and they show that in their actions every day!

I have not seen any cons during my tenure here!

Vitalcaring Batesville has a great team. This is a rewarding position with good work/life balance. Office staff have great communication skills with clinicians.

Cons

This office covers a significant service area, however, office staff is very understanding of this and works to provide manageable schedules.
