I had a poor experience working for this company. Management seemed very inexperienced and averse to following standard industry practices regarding how works get done, work life balance, and how a company is structured. I observed a number of toxic practices during my time there, particularly in engineering.

They have a really inexperienced leadership team that doesn’t know how to communicate with their employees. They said they value empowering employees to grow and learn, but instead punished them at any moment of failure and never clearly communicated how they could improve. They don’t have any structure for providing feedback. OTEs were inaccurate as most of the team did not hit goal.
