Pros

Great product-market fit and solves for a critical industry need. Opportunity to create a dominant industry standard with significant global scale & profitability.

Cons

Lots of work to do on product to meet potential and fully exploit the market opportunity. Slow sales pipeline and long onboarding times hamper growth. More support needed to ensure full customer adoption of product post implementation.
