Pros
Good pay, had great leadership before the ceo (narcissist) and coo (chaotic and overwhelmed) ruined the company.
Cons
Extremely disorganized, chaotic day to day, high unmanageable caseloads (150+), unrealistic expectations for the field staff, more worried about admissions and numbers instead of quality of care, compliance department is a complete joke. It is bad when they have been sanctioned by Masshealth and cannot even take on new clients but continue to lie about it.. Run far and fast.
