      I've been bullied and tortured mentally and physically by management Forced to drive long distance despite fully remote being agreed. No 1-1s, cannot confide in the manager as their answer is "I don't care" that's word for word accurate

      Not much bureaucracy or heavy process, easy to get things done.

      Cons

      Too much work to get through, fast staff turnover causing a pile of unfinished projects in a bad mess. A startup with a lot of technical debt.
