Treat your employees better--not just with lip service, but with action. Diversity only exists from the bottom up, very few managers of color, same goes for C-Level execs. There is a culture of toxic positivity. C-Levels will boast how well they treat their employees while at the same time provided zero additional compensation for twice as much work. And then gaslight us by saying we should climb the ladder into management positions that don't exist. Why talk about all the growth were having in these company meetings and then not be generous with the lifeblood of your organization. It is a 'pull up your bootstraps' mentality. Condescending bonus program that make us spin a wheel like we're on an episode of Squid games. Very humiliating to leave our livelihood to chance. I could have used the maximum amount pay for medical bills, rent, food for my children etc.

The most toxic company and people you will find. Run do not walk away from this place. No one here is happy except management, their behavior is unethical. They love to talk about the awesome work culture but this could not be farther from the truth. The lies, gossip, jealousy, and last but not least the gas lighting is more than anyone should be subjected to. The management is horrible, the owners should really be made aware of the tactics being used by management and get involved because employee defamation is alive and well. Firing someone is one thing, attempting to blacklist is another. Reputations are at stake, and the mistrust this creates with employees is circulating, especially with other gigs coming to the market, coupled with the below industry standard pay, people are going to jump ship and they are! Your issues are only going to increase and you can respond with "what a great company" you are or some other snarky comment it does not matter the reviews across MULTIPLE platforms speak for themselves. Management will not wake up until clients start jumping ship too.
