Pros : fast growing company to work. If you are not at higher postion .and does not have to interact with father and elder son than the company is good to work with

Family business so father and son managing business .father and elder son can insult u anytime and humiliate in front of everyone. So if u have bad luck and that same moment you do any small error you can be kicked out. And yes I forgot you have to stand, when they enter into office..if you don't do ..they wil insult you and chances are father can remove you for this. Some favourite employee,they will listen even they are fooling them.if u fall in favourite category list than you can be here for ages ..don't worry . ..just show u work even if u dont.. if they believe.. u can settle here for ages and chances u will get hike.
