One of the worst companies I have worked for ever. No leadership, who is in charge here? VPs too hung up on their 'title' who have no vision or any idea how to run the company. Unnecessary chaos created no structure exists - even for such a small office. Almost every month at least 1 person is laid off - and almost always it's not the chums. Way too much upward management full of brown nose's. Everyone busy saving their neck and always a finger pointing game in play.

I was pretty much harassed by my mangers everyday. It's a demotivating work experience and the only motivation that keeps you going is the willingness to kiss-up in order to keep your job. The whole place is based on favoritism. My relationship with my managers spiraled out of control that I had to confront one of them for calling me an idiot. HR and my director did very little to resolve the issue, so you can't really trust them. It sucks because I did enjoy my job and my co-workers, but I couldn't deal with the hostile work environment that stemmed from my managers.
