Good employee benefits. The head office was at a convenient location to me. My colleagues were amazing.

Cons

The decision-making structure had too many layers which made it almost impossible to finalise projects or reach deals, unless the c-level management were not directly involved. I spent months on projects assigned to me by my supervisors which never saw fruition.
