Pros

You can sometimes get free food. The residents are sometimes but the company has no control of that. Really that's it.

Cons

This place sucked to work at. There was never enough staff and you where left with 20 some residents. The nurseries where lazy and management could care less about you. I would rethink about applying.

really?!?!? no pros to really speak of.

Cons

Not allowed to try and show your abilities as they hinder and block at every turn. They don't listen to logic only see that $$$$ engine and how to save and make more....
