      a bad manager

      Pros

      products is good and high quality. but the manager will push sales to buy the products. this is not a good thing for sales. this is kind of force.

      Cons

      the manager in park royal named desire, she lies sales and steal sales' money. Hiring this kind of manager is not a responsibility company. so it is a serious problem to this company still keep this manager's position.

      Pros

      Working at Vivah as a Manager in training I loved my coworkers and how we all worked together to make the store presentable. Good management and nice head office

      Cons

      Went on maternity leave and district manager changed...came out with the rule of no "re-hiring" staff and was never given a second chance for improvement and growth within the company

      Not a good place to start a career

      I am fortunate enough to have a wonderful manager, but without her I would have left the company after one week. The people at head office are nice you can easily call them with inquires, and the jewellery even though over priced is very pretty. The location for me is ideal, and the environment where the store is located is nice to work in.

      Cons

      The reason I am giving them such a low rating is that their pay is a joke, like un-livable wages and hours, I am an assistant manager and only receive 25 hours a week, which is practically part-time. The company's marketing is a joke, they over price everything then offer a consistent sale? And their polices and procedures regarding their employees and customers is horrendous, no respect for staff moral and they truly use and abuse the system. so no I would not recommend working for them. oh and lack of training is an apparent problem, they demand sales but do not train staff on best methods, they truly throw you in the lions den. In my short time there I can see why people tend to disapprove working for this company.
