Very little investment in work culture, including wellbeing benefits, events, activities, team socials Hardly any training or processes in place for entry level training and career development — you learn only on the job and by making mistakes, Since the job is remote you rarely get to be surrounded by colleagues to gain additional guidance and support, you have to reach out to get it yourself, requires a lot of independence Tight project timelines, often understaffed
