No one yells at you...and that's about it. Casual dress and not too much argument when you need to take vacation are also appreciated.
Cons
Lack of communication between execs and underlings is legendary. A lot of flip flopping between the execs makes it nearly impossible to get anything done because no decisions can ever be made. No raises, no promotions, It seems that the company feels as a whole that we should feel grateful just to have jobs and should stop complaining. They take advantage of the lower level people on a daily basis.
Wages are very decent especialy in comparison with the workload
Location and facilities are brilliant: very nice office next to the CHamps Elysées
Work-life balance is very good
Cons
Average tenure of middle management is around 18 years leading to strong resistance to change and territorial behaviors sometimes against the company's interest
