      Pros

      Decent salary, bi-annual then annual raise, no question asked. Decent and nice people.

      Cons

      Incompetent management, no training, no clear hierarchy. No shares. No raise based on your actual performances, you get a average raise whatever happens.

      Pros

      I liked this company because the management was good, and the opportunities for career development were really here. I had the opportunity to propose new ideas, was listened, and could learn a lot from that experience. Very friendly atmosphere. Viveris was at the end of the day, a good launch pad.

      Cons

      Viveris is a standard engineering & IT services company, with all the related difficulties to differentiate from its vast competition. An average dynamism, but an average technical scope and capabilities. Too many juniors maybe, and too few visionary, smart and entrepreneurial seniors. A certain habit to stay in the area of confidence and a real difficulty to successfully develop new business areas.
