      Remote work perks overshadowed by poor leadership and culture

      Pros

      Remote work, flexible schedule, good benefits, mostly good people.

      Cons

      Leadership has taken a sharp left regarding business strategy over the last few years and the ramifications were noticeable. Favoritism, egos, and borderline discrimination has become a significant part of the culture and it used to be a fantastic place to work. The US market is crumbling and there is no smart plan for how to correct. Recently did a "restructuring/workforce reduction".
