Pros

1. Hybrid and remote work options 2. As long as the management likes you, they will overlook any incompetent behaviour or failure on your part. 3. Paradoxically, there are a lot of competent professionals among employees in non-managerial positions. 4. From those, you can definitely learn a thing or two.

Cons

1. The company is a boys club. If they have a chance to exclude you, they will. Managers fail over and over, but they're palls, so you will be blamed. 2. Strategy changes on a bi-weekly basis. Projects are always abandoned midway. 3. As soon as something is successful, the company stops supporting it. 4. Pay equality and transparency? Forget about it. There are no tiers, no grades. There is no salary policy and review. They will pay you more if they like you. If you're not in favour with the management, there's nothing that would make them give you a raise. 5. Working at Vivid, you risk losing your skills. Since the company is always understaffed, there are very few teams where people do what they were hired for. In general, the company's tactics is to suck employees dry and make them leave to hire new ones. They don't even pretend to care about their employees, and the HR is fairly incompetent. If you come to raise a complaint about a manager or a situation, the HR will just gaslight you. In a nutshell, if you a have thick skin and nowhere else to go, you can stay at Vivid. However, keep in mind that Vivid will underpay you and screw you at every opportunity within legal boundaries: agreements will be disregarded, but not legally binding obligations.

Pros

The Limassol office is great

Cons

- Limassol office quite amateurs in terms of workforce planning management - Limassol office with serious structural racist issues - Limassol office and SME business leadership completely unprofessional and taking decisions according to who are their friends or who can bring benefits to their average career. - Absurd things happen during my experience as : asking me for non required docs to continue my contract , accusing me of low performance when I was the nr.1 in the official performance system stats (in most of the evaluation factors) few days before they fired me, team lead cancelling my performance evaluation several times short time before i got fired (to not face my good performance stats), in the spot where i used to seat in the Limassol office cables to connect my screens simply disapeared, workforce planning overloading me with work and placing me on hard working queues, team lead accusing me of agressive communication when 90% of my time i was just doing my work quiet, and many more.... My experience was a true bullying experiencem that of course will not be silenced (rule nr.1 in the world, dont mess with who is quiet in his/her place). For you that are still in the company and saw or participated in everything, time always makes justice. Good luck with your karma.
