Pros

Free Teas and coffees and a decent pub near by.

Cons

Work hours can exceed that of 12 hours. Your contracted hours may be 8-4:30 but you will be expected to get to the office at least 30 minutes before. Dont even bother trying to leave before 6pm because you will get sacked. Everything you do is monitored - calls made, emails sent probably even the amount of times you leave your desk. If they could chain you to your desk they probably would. Extremely high expectations are excused because of a "work hard play hard" culture but if you partied anywhere near as hard as your expected to work you would probably die. Expectations are ridiculously high and if you dont make a deal within your first 3 months you will be forgotten about, and maybe even sacked. Little to no understanding from management that there are many factors to take in if a deal doesnt go through, this will all be your fault. Little to no training offered after your initial training sessions when you first join - setting you up for failure.

Pros

-The learning and development course they provided at the start

Cons

- Inflation of earning potential and realistic first year earnings (they say it's near 40k but most of the consultants after a year are just above the basic salary) - Tracked late stats (pressure applied on you to make calls far beyond your contracted hours) - Tracked stats in general: Everything you do and have done is tracked (Minutes on the phone, Managers spoken to, New managers added, Interviews booked, Leads found etc), this is followed by the publishing of said stats 3 times a day via email to the office sales floor - Toxic atmosphere: propaganda like posters that state mantras such as 'no days off' and 'do your job'; school-like control of workers behaviour (no phones at the desk, they even entertained physical punishments for poor performance e.g. 50 press ups on a Friday for the person with the lowest evening phone call stats) - Aggressive sales techniques: lying to clients on the phone to get buy in, using any means necessary to obtain personal information irrespective of GPDR; lying to candidates and selling them jobs that don't exist in order to harvest information - Spending most of the day speaking to people that you don't want to speak to who don't want to speak to you - Making commission by leeching off of people's hard-earned money On top of all of that, they ran a company incentive to leave good Glassdoor reviews - giving a good review gave you a chance to win £50

Pros

Nothing at all to speak about.

Cons

Shady recruiters are employed here who have no intentions of helping candidates. Try to fleece candidates to line their own pockets. Totally unprofessional behaviour, to say the least. Good luck if you want to work with/for them.
