Young company that sometimes experiences growing pains You must be comfortable with change because this company is constantly innovating and growing, you will be asked to do things outside of the normal scope of your role and they expect a team player attitude which might not be right for everyone

Poor management, Fake products that bring little results, half the dentists on staff are GUESSING at what needs to be done to fix the airway, anyone who says anything slightly negative about Vivos gets fired, demoted or just crapped on until they quit. The women who run this company are cut throat and fake. Make one wrong step and they will be waiting to squash you. The CEO of the company spends all day trying to get people to give the company money - while they take trips to Mexico, Jamaica and such for "Business Trips" and instead of managing their money better they just fire half the staff so they have funds to keep spending money with abandoned. It won't even take a year and you will be burned out - I would avoid this place at all costs.
