Pros
Colleagues are open, friendly, and most genuinely want to be there. They are accommodating and flexible in balancing work life and home life.
Cons
You don't get a lot of support from the top. If you are not a manager, you're opinion is not considered. No proper HR department means that if you ever have an issue, you're on your own. Gossip and rumours are rampant, as hierarchy is very apparent, and communication is lacking from the top, leading to a general mistrust between departments.
