      Very toxic, improvement is needed!

      Pros

      Pay is average, some flexibility, tight knit, okay benefits, somewhat friendly environment at first.

      Cons

      They only hire internally, rarely external. It's family oriented, but if you aren't apart of the family you don't matter. Clear nepotism in all departments. Not very clear on what they specifically want from you. Long hours if things aren't done, which never is verbally appreciated by higher staff. There is miscommunication across all departments.

      Some flexibility when trying to organize your desk. They try to be family oriented.

      Cons

      Didn’t feel valued or appreciated for all the work that was done and also there was no time set aside for no interruptions. Agreed to let me work from home and then changed their mind
