      Pros

      Viwinco is a great place to work. The leadership team is very hands on and supportive. Lots of exciting stuff happening and it is cool to be a part of it.

      Cons

      Can't really think of any negatives.

      Pros

      Family owned and operated and management cares about the people and not just the bottom dollar. Investments being made in the business with people and machinery to continue moving forward.

      Cons

      Too much overtime and too hectic on the factory floor right now due to being very busy but company focus is on trying to fix that.

      Family owned company with a hands-on owner who treats the employees with respect. Management is innovative and always looking for ways to improve. Great people, benefits and growth opportunities makes it easy to recommend Viwinco for anyone looking for new opportunities.

      Cons

      the only con I can think of is that you may be asked to work extra hours during busy times of the year, but this is with any job.
