Where do we start: No work life, you are expected to work 60 hrs a week, no vacation, no pay raises, only blaming Horrible Management and that starts from the top. CEO - CFO don't have a clue except they make a ton of money and don't pass any down to the real workers. it is unreal how the management team works here. They wont have any employees who will last longer than a couple of months the way they are going. I hope the people who really own them sees all of these and makes a change. It is a shame the way that the company used to be before the merger with FM. No loyalty no management no bonuses they will lose customers too the way they are going. They have had to add 3 HR managers to handle all of the issues this company issues

This is a very untrustworthy company. They do not value their employees as their most important asset, instead they over-value individuals they perceive as power players in their relentless quest to grow big and to do so as fast as possible (they’ve changed names to avoid their own bad reputation). I actually witnessed one of those over-valued players slap one of my co-workers in a Team Lead meeting, in front of all of his peers. I reported that, and other complaints about that individual and nothing was ever addressed, a manager (not a leader) whose relationship with the client is inappropriate (and personal) and used as a bludgeoning tool. If you work for this company you will trade bits and pieces of your soul for what they provide, until they throw you away with the trash.
