- RAISES AND PROMOTIONS DO NOT EXIST AT VOBILE
- Management is power hungry and ego driven. Nepotism.
- Anything you say to a manager can and WILL be shared with other managers, even if it was asked to be kept private.
- They only promote based upon favoritism and even then, Vobile has been in a “raise/promotion freeze” for two years while our CEO continues getting richer.
- The Florida office is not ADA compliant. Management has proven over and over they don’t care about the needs of disabled employees, the FL office is barely wheelchair accessible despite being asked over and over by a wheelchair using employee for simple accommodation. They’ve had over a year now to fix this and have chosen not to. This is one of several examples.
- Management is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. They speak badly about employees having personal issues behind closed doors. Management will ostracize employees they don’t like and completely ignore them if able to.
- No clear rules and chain of command, despite it being laid out in company documentation. Company rules are not widespread, they can be dependent on your team and change at the whim of your manager.
- No notice before firing or doing layoffs. Then, if laid off, you will be used as a named example to scare remaining employees while management spouts team ideology.
- Some positions you’re expected to be on call (available via slack/email) 24/7 and not paid for that time, but you will get in trouble if not available.
- If you are struggling with KPIs, they have no options other than a PIP for improvement. They put you on a PIP but there is no additional training or shadowing, even if you ask multiple times.
- Unlimited PTO is NOT UNLIMITED. They do care how much time is taken off and if you take “too much” time off, despite that threshold being different for different employees, you will be told your PTO and sick time will be limited and may not be approved.
- You can be put on multiple large and extensive projects at once and multiple difficult partnerships with no concern for how it may impact your numbers and KPIs.
