Pros

Working within healthcare was ok.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, narcissism is rife. 25k for 2nd line is not good enough. Missold job role, lots of physical touching in the office and mental abuse.

Ridiculous progression Political environment Two faced leadership/staff and management Depressing Nagging TL who always go on cigarette comfort breaks and make call handlers feel worthless.

Pros

You get 1 month sick pay and 1 month half pay after 1 year service. You don't get paid for the 1st week of sickness though.

Cons

Long hours Lot of weekend work 3 full weekends No communication No organisational skills Everything last minuite No holidays over Easter or Christmas periods Better pay conditions with Care UK offer better conditions and pay.
