Pros

Working with the Vogue brand provides incredible access to luxury clients and C-suite executives. The fast-paced atmosphere is perfect for sharpening negotiation skills and building a high-level professional network in the fashion and lifestyle industry.

Cons

The pressure to meet aggressive revenue targets can be intense, especially during the shift from print to digital media. Work-life balance often takes a backseat during major fashion cycles or when closing high-value monthly issues.

Pros

Industry connects...Learned a ton...had a great title

Cons

was micro managed.....under a microscope for the smallest errors....clocked what time I left the office...constantly wrote bad reviews to make me look bad....there was no real leadership...management treated you like you were coming after their job....no encouragement on rare 1 on 1s....basically was set to fail.....underpaid thousands over the course of years...felt like i didnt belong because i didnt look like everyone else....
