Pros

I learned of skills for how not be treated at any company I work at ever again. I saw why best practices were developed and why they should be followed and not Completely ignored.

Cons

Poor management style, lack of communication, frequently belittles staff publicly in the office. tells you they know better about everything and how rubbish current or previous staff were. No shared business strategy. All for the benefit of ego and not for the betterment of customers or staff. Lip service to data security. Misleading customers about staff locations globally Tell staff they can always be replaced by someone cheaper if they don’t like the poor conditions. The internally tooling to complete any work is horrible and needs to be upgraded from 1995 quite badly. Creates poor quality blog material to pass off as their own, sometimes from Wikipedia and sometimes from other well known publications.

Pros

Flexibility in hours and location for some roles

Cons

Has reduced in staff numbers in Australia from 20 in 2019 to just 4 today due to loss of Telstra Partnership and customers leaving. Also Support, Dev, and Analytics were moved offshore because salaries in Pakistan are lower. Management is very dictatorial and not open to hearing ideas or opinions - its his way or the highway Has only 2-3 large customers which bring in the bulk of revenue. This is a risky company to take a job at as it has declined massively in the last few years and is trying to reinvent itself.

Pros

One should never consider this place for employment.

Cons

Psychological torture is at extreme. They will never give annual pay raise unless you are leaving and they need you. Unprofessional management will put their nose to every technical / non technical work to destroy the employees effort. Director literally use abusive language for employees. If someone is leaving, they will try their best to ruin the opportunity for employee. It's a fair and honest suggestion that never work for VoicePlus.
