      Pros

      Voiteq maintained a positive, "can-do" team culture throughout the company, and did everything possible to give customers a good outcome.

      Cons

      Scaling and standardising some of the products was challenging.

      Interesting and diverse tech stack Interesting range of products Great culture and that family feeling A lot of brilliant people to work with and for especially technical peers and technical management

      Cons

      Some of the older tech is not the prettiest and fun to work with. Rota system and having to deal with the old tech calls which you can be out of your depth with. Some new hires were not a good fit.
