Pros
This company is true to its words. As the name indicates, it actually is a partnership that is a rare find these days. Since I started here the benefits have improved, when they were already competitive @ starting. A great, and very inclusive group of people doing some really incredible work.
Cons
Client base re-balancing, but that is already a huge focus being worked. Not much for the con list :)
