it was ok some 3 years ago

Cons

i worked for 5 years . but after 5 years when i came out i understood that i learnt nothing in technologys and cant clear basic techinical rounds in other companys . now i realise that i wasted 5 yrs in this company . manager made me work all weekends even last month of notice period . no compof given . hike was also very middle . no work life blance . hr openly askign employees to advertise the company in linkedin and glassdoor .
