Pros
The voliro T drone has great potential to be a very successful product and the technology is really cool. The team who has developed it is really competent and friendly.
Cons
With a leadership team where certain people are making casual sexist or otherwise offensive remarks, it is not the most diverse company. Additionally, many strategic decisions seem to be made by the entire "executive team" instead of by the most suitable person, leading to a feeling of a lack of a clear strategy and a lack of clear leadership. It is often unclear who is supposed to make certain product-related decisions and the decision processes need refinement.
