      How Jyoti Gupta became president is truly baffling

      Good quality products. Some nice people

      Jyoti sweet talked her way into this role but does not have the proper foundation or background to lead a company. Sorry but someone straight out of grad school is not qualified for a high level position like this. Her business decisions are highly questionable and she lacks basic understanding of corporate management. She is also full of herself and gets defensive whenever she is challenged.

      Lack of new products due to high turnover and blatant stunting of growth by President. Perspectives and innovative ideas are not taken into consideration. High stress environment. Micromanagement by President is suffocating hardworking and talented employees. Extremely high turnover company wide. Non exitestent HR department. Lack of work/ family life balance. Overall hostile and negative atmosphere generated by President Jyoti Gupta.
