      Pros

      No pros. False promises by the management

      Cons

      Poor management, no work life balance, late working hours, have to work in festivals even on 1st May No salary on time. I got salary initial few months, after that no salary at all No learning curve at all

      Pros

      No micro-management. Good learning curve, good work-life balance, supportive management. Transparent work environment. Had the option of WFH, so I was able to balance between personal life and profession. Put in the effort and it's not difficult to grow in the organization.

      Cons

      Since it's a start-up, you have to be prepared to go that extra mile to make sure that you meet the deadlines.
