Overall, the leadership team is great, everyone is on board to help on another, and the market needs our solution. In detail: - Exciting space of people analytics, just scratching the surface of potential for this product and data - Growing fast with many interesting companies and different use cases - People are great and everyone is marching to the same goal of making the company successful - Attitude about getting things done - Fun and interesting work all around
Cons
Because of the pace and growth of the company, there are a lot of inefficiencies and the usual pains of a fast growing startup. In addition, since this market is so new, the company is constantly trying different ways of driving value for companies, which makes standardization hard and puts strains on all teams. However, these are all problems that can be solved as the company grows.
