Owner places blame on anyone but himself for his failures and his lack of abilities of running a business. No shame in leaving both employees and customers high and dry. Purchased Bayshore Technologies for their successful (in business for ~18 years) professional services department. Vology failed 3 times trying to create a best of class professional services department. They recently laid off everyone in the professional services department and closed the professional services department with no warning to the employees or customers. This left customers with no one to complete the project that was in progress at the time of the closure of PS.

1. Rotating doors in all management offices- In 5 months I had 4 managers/directors/C-level bosses. 2. See #2 above. But don't expect to see that - it's only for the CEO and CFO at everyone else's expense. Funny how they keep buying companies only to lay off everyone involved in that company's function . 3. The ideas practiced here are not original - they come up with their next big strategy and plan based on whatever book or speaker or friend the C-level execs are involved in. 4. See #3 above - but don't do that. You will get fired.
