Very limited product. Owners are interfering while adding no value Dreadful marketing - alsmost non existent Manging Director no vision, no creativity Underfunded Terrible office Under resourced

Thank you for your review. We do note that our previous Head of Sales left shortly after the covid lockdowns being lifted, so unfortunately may not have been onboard long enough to truly experience the upside of working at Volopa and may not have met some of the great new team (we've trippled in size), our amazing new product offerings, nor been part of our substantial growth. Needs serious investment

Pros

Worked with great people, allowed to work on what I wanted, without big targets, we have them but not really enforced. Great new products being worked on.

Cons

Wages not always paid on time. We are told about investment but it never seems to arrive. Its hard when the CEO brings in people he knows for big money but wages then not paid on time. I left because of the money situation.
